Tuna and courgette Fusilli

This is super simple pasta salad with microwaved courgette and can of tuna seasoned with salt, vinegar and olive oil.  You can also add some ancient type of Dijion mustard.

「ツナとズッキーニのフジッリ」これはズッキーニを電子レンジで加熱したものとツナ缶を茹でたショートパスタ「フジッリ」と和えたもの。味付けは酢、塩、オリーブオイル。粒のディジョンマスタードを加えてもよいと思う。マヨネーズがお好きな方はマヨネーズ和えでもよいと思う。
