Umemiso Tofu

The shape of this tofu might look strange to Japanese people.  This is packed tofu from Morinaga which you can find in overseas.  It's tast is ok, not very good but I buy them sometimes when I want to eat tofu.

I made miso paste mixed with umeboshi then wrapped with Shiso leaves.

「豆腐の梅味噌しそ巻き」これは簡単なおつまみ。梅肉、味噌、少量の味醂を混ぜたものを豆腐に付けてしその葉で巻いた。日本の方にはこの豆腐、変な形だと思われるだろう。これは森永の長期保存できる紙パックの豆腐。香港でもあまり美味しい豆腐が無いので、無難にこれを買う事が多い。
