La Cuisine de Maman en été 1

As I wrote in my blog before, my mother in law is a great cook.  She had prepared again wonderful summer dish this time for us.  I've always found that home cooking is really the best.  Especially, the foods in France; vegetable, fruits, meat, fish, ham and sausages, everything tastes so great, it's much better to cook at home.

Also, this time it was bright until 10pm, so we enjoyed many meals outside in the garden. There are not many mosquitoes in this region.  It was such a lovely experience.  

前回冬に訪れた際にも書いたが、私の義母はお料理がとても上手だ。今回は私の家族と一緒に訪問したが、とても美味しい夏の手料理を沢山用意していてくれた。フランスは本当に食べ物が美味しい。野菜も果物も肉も魚も全てが本当に美味しい。私はいつもそれにとても感動する。だから絶対に家で料理して食べた方がよい。家庭料理に勝る美味しさは無いとつくづく思う。

６月のフランスはとても日が長く夜の１０時まで日が落ちないので、今回はよく庭で食事をした。空気はとても乾燥していて汗をかかないし、気温もそれほど高くもないし寒くもない。更に蚊はあまりいないので、とても過ごしやすかった。
