Sanma au pesto
Pesto is useful for many things not just pasta so it's good to make certain amount at once. I like to bake fish as such or chicken with it.
「秋刀魚のジェノベーゼ焼き」これはジェノベーゼで秋刀魚をオーブン焼きにしたもの。ジェノベーゼは冷蔵庫で1週間程保存出来るので多めに作って魚や鶏肉の料理に使うのもおすすめ。
