Sashimi teishoku

"Teishoku" means a dish set with rice and a bowl of soup.  Tofu is coated with starch and lightly fried in the oil then served with dashi.

「刺身定食」風のご飯。この揚げ出し豆腐は木綿で作ってしまったが、絹ごしで作るべきだった。大根おろしと柚子胡椒で頂いた。
