Pissaladière pizza


This is made with leftover of pissaladière dough the other day.  This dough is richer than pizza dough and matches well with varieties of toppings.

「ピサラディエールのピザ」先日のピサラディエールの生地で作ったピザ。この生地はピザ生地よりリッチだが、ピザの様に色々とトッピングをのせても美味しい。
