Karaage with Negi sauce


This is a great summer dish.  It's chinese style of fried chicken with minced spring onion, ginger, red bell pepper.  The sauce is mix of rice vinegar, soya sauce, sugar and sesame oil.  Vinegar sauce makes the fried chicken lighter tast.

「中華風鶏の唐揚げと薬味ソース」これは中華風に鶏のぶつ切りを唐揚げにしたものに、小ネギ、生姜、パプリカのみじん切りを醤油、酢、砂糖、ごま油の合わせ酢に加えたもの。茗荷やシソの葉などを加えてもよいと思う。酢で唐揚げをさっぱりといただける、夏の定番料理。
