Poulet mignon a la sauce bechamel
This is steamed chicken fillet with sauce bechamel. I made the sauce very thin with small amount of chicken stock.
「ささみの蒸し焼き・ソースベシャメル」これはフライパンでささみを蒸し焼きに、ベシャメルソースを合わせた。ソースはほぼ牛乳とチキンストックにとろみをつけたような薄いもの。
