Profiteroles au thé vert

Profiteroles means vanilla ice cream sandwiched in puffs with warm chocolate sauce on top.  I made many puffs for practice so I tried with different taste of ice creams.  Maccha goes very well with puffs.

「抹茶アイスのプロフィトール」プロフィトールとはバニラアイスをシュー生地で挟み、温かいチョコレートソースをかけたデザート。練習のために沢山のシュー生地を焼いたので、色んな味のアイスと合わせてみた。抹茶は予想通りとても美味しかった。
