Fried yam leaves
This is one of the popular chinese vegetable. I made the simple saute with whitebait.
「サツマイモの葉の炒め物」サツマイモの葉は夏に出る中華野菜。少しぬめりがあるが、ほうれん草に似ていて美味しい。日本でも鹿児島ではよく食するときいたような気がする。しらすと一緒に炒めた。
