Kabocha to Kanten
This is steamed pumpkin with Kanten in muscovado syrop. It's very light and has less calories than normal desserts.
「かぼちゃと寒天の黒蜜かけ」蒸したかぼちゃとジャスミン茶で作った寒天に黒蜜をかけた中華風のデザート。かぼちゃの糖度がもう少し高いとよかった。甘いサツマイモでも美味しいと思う。
