"Kiriboshi Daikon" is dried strips of daikon radish. We usually cook this in dashi and soya sauce mix with fried tofu or some vegetables. I heard of the salad dish using kiriboshi daikon and tuna from a friend, so I tried the dish.
「切り干し大根とツナのサラダ」お友達から切り干し大根とツナを混ぜると美味しいよ!と聞いたので、そんな感じのサラダを作ってみた。切り干し大根は水で戻し、一応出汁、酒、醤油で味を煮含めた。キュウリの千切りとサラダ玉ねぎをたっぷり混ぜ込み、ツナ缶を加えた。簡単でとても美味しく出来た。
