Mackerel is one of my favorite fish. I love this type of fishes such as Mackerels, sardines and herrings. Mackerels is high in nutritions and vitamins and they are very good for the health. I simply saute the fish in frying pan with small amount of oil. then drizzle some sesame oil in the end.
「鯖のごま油焼き」冷凍の鯖をフライパンで焼いたシンプルな料理。冷凍の鯖は、脂ののった美味しいものとそうでもないものの差が激しいが、香港では比較的安価に頂ける魚なので重宝している。焼き上がりに、ごま油を少したらす。最後はレモンをたっぷり搾って頂く。
