Beef with lotus roots salad


This is thin sliced beef sauteed in soya sauce, sugar and mirin.  This is one of the most popular seasoning of Japanese cooking; soya sauce with sugar.  It goes very well with beef.  I also added thin sliced lotus roots chips on the top.

「牛肉と蓮根チップのサラダ」なんだかアイディアが浮かばない時に作ったもの。すき焼き肉を甘辛に味付けた簡単な牛肉サラダ。薄くスライスした蓮根を油で軽くソテーしたチップスを上にのせて食感をアクセントに。
