Petit salé aux haricots blancs

This is salted pork belly cooked in tomato and served with white beans.  This is my style of dish that is between "Petit sale aux lentilles" and "Cassoulet".  It's getting cold in Hong Kong, I finally feel that long hour cooked pot dish is appreciated here.

「豚の塩漬けと白インゲン豆のトマト煮込み」香港もようやく肌寒くなってきたので、煮込み料理が美味しく感じられる今日このごろ。これはフランスではよく知られた煮込み料理「豚の塩漬けとレンズ豆の煮込み」と「キャスレ」の特徴を合わせたような煮込み料理。豚のバラ肉を塩漬けにしたもを塩抜きしたものと、乾燥のインゲン豆をもどしたものを合わせてコトコトと煮込んだ。
