Kenchin jiru
Kenchin jiru is a winter Japanese soup with chunks of vegetables. The stock is usually made with Dasih and soya sauce.
「けんちん汁」肉料理が多いクリスマス後に作ったけんちん汁。手短かにある材料で作った。
