Fish and chips

For the first time I made English style "Fish and chips" though I didn't make in real way using beer.  I used two types of fish, Hokke and cod.  I also deep fried courgettes.

「フィッシュアンドチップス」イギリス料理の魚のフライ。本来はビールで衣を作るらしいが、なかったので、簡単に卵、小麦粉、ベーキングパウダーで作ったがなかなかの出来だった。魚はホッケの一夜干しをフィレにしたものと冷凍の鱈をつかった。
