Hiyashi Chuka


This is one of the Japanese cold noodle dish.  It usually served at Ramen shop because the noodle is egg noodle but people often make at home in Japan.  Topping is variety of vegetables and strips of ham, the sauce is mix of vinegar, dashi, and soya sauce.

「冷やし中華」札幌の西山ラーメンというところが出している冷やし中華の麺がおても美味しかった。冷蔵麺ではなく、半乾燥麺なので、茹でなければいけないが、モチモチしていて美味しかった。
