In order to make Thai cuisine, you need to have good quality of sauce from Thai. Thought I can make with something similar with Japanese dashi sauce.
First to saute ground pork with minced garlic and pour some chicken stock or Japanese dashi. Then add water soaked glass noodle and toss together. Remove the noodle from the heat quickly and mix with minced shallots, coriander, Thai basil, chopped fresh tomato. Season well with fish sauce and squeeze plenty of lime.
「タイ風春雨サラダ」コリアンダーやタイバジルを入れるとアジア風のサラダになる。またライムかレモンをたっぷりふりかける。味付けはナンプラー。
