Broccoli with egg white sauce

This dish is usually made with crab with egg white but I only made this with egg this time.  It's important to have a good stock for the sauce other wise it's not tasty at all.

「ブロッコリーの卵白餡」これは普通蟹を入れて作るものだが、質素に卵白だけで作ってみた。ただ、餡は和風出汁に中華スープを加えて濃くした。蟹があったら尚よいと思うが、なくても旨味がブロッコリーにからみついてとても美味しい野菜料理。固ゆでしたブロッコリーに固めの餡を回しかける。
