Miso ramen

I like Ramen but not as much as Soba or Udon so it's rare for me to make them at home.  I used set of noodle  and soup then I made the toppings myself.

「味噌ラーメン」私は麺類では、圧倒的に蕎麦とうどんが好きで、ラーメンはそれほど好きではなく稀にしか食べない。ラーメンこそ家で作って食べてもそこそこにしかできないのだろう。これは、西山ラーメンの味噌。
