Yakiniku is Korean BBQ in Japanese language. Though not only the word, but the dish itself is different in Japan from original Korean style. This one I marinated slices of beef in Yakiniku sauce and cooked in frying pan.
「焼肉ご飯」時々日本の焼肉を頂くと焼肉のタレが美味しくご飯が進む。赤身の肉を焼肉のタレに醤油、酒を足したものにしばらく漬けて焼いた。
