This is chicken thigh marinated in miso paste for one day then cooked in a pan. Japanese miso is salty as itself so I add some sugar. Then miso has to be washed away when you cook it in a pan.
「鶏の味噌漬け」鶏ももを味噌に砂糖を加えたものに1日漬けておいた。フライパンで焼く時は味噌を洗って焼く。簡単で美味しい。
