Cote d'agneau grillé
Lamb in the south of France is excellent. When the quality of the food is good, less cooking is needed. Just a simple grill is perfect.
「子羊の肋肉」南仏の子牛はとても美味しい。柔らかく、あまり強い羊の匂いがしない。食材の質が良いとシンプルな料理が一番いい。単なるグリルだがとても美味しかった。
