La Salvetat-sur-Agout

This is a village known to us that they have a great saucisson.  It's an old city in the middle of the mountain.

「サルヴタ」かなり深い山奥にある村。この村にあるシャキュトリ（ハム、ソーセージ、パテなどの豚肉加工品を作る店）のソシソンが有名で美味しいという理由で行ってみたが、残念ながら昼休み時間だった。
