We had "Sea Urchin Special" for this dinner. I've learned that the price of Urchin this year is very expensive. I love coming to Onsen on the seaside is the fresh seafood. They are totally different from the ones we have in the city.
「雲丹まつり」この日はウニ三昧のお料理を注文していたのだが、本当に雲丹尽くしで驚いた。天草のウニは北海道のウニと違い、あまり甘くないが濃厚で美味しい。今年は雲丹がとても高いそうで採算が取れないほどのウニの量にも驚いた。
ロマン館はお料理が美味しいとある方からお勧めされたので泊まってみたのだが、本当にお料理が美味しかった。刺身が格別だ。カンパチの刺身など食べた事が無い美味しさだった。料理長が魚の絞め方がとてもお上手だそうで、天草でもこのクオリティーを頂けるのは珍しいと思う。
