Spring is a busy season for vegetable cooking because we have many vegetables that are only available in this season.  Some are only gone in the market for a few days so if I miss them I have to wait until the next year.

「３月の野菜料理」３月も春の野菜が沢山出るので忙しい。春のものはアク抜きが必要で手が要るが時期を逃すと終わるのが早いので初物はすぐに買うようにしている。
