The Green Vision - at Botanical Garden

 

The Green Vision in Kumamoto is held at three locations in the city.  One was the Tatsudayama area where I went to see Sakura, one was at the centre of the city then one more at the Botanical Garden.  

I visited there on April 10th when it was extremely good spring weather.  It was a sunny, warm and dry afternoon.  I was surprised to see so many flowers in one place.  Together with the blue sky, it was an amazing view to see.

「花博・動植物園エリア」４月１０日の夕方、とても天気が良かったので、花博に行ってみた。ちょうど花の色が赤系から青系に植え替えられる時期で、両方を楽しむ事ができた。この頃はまだ暑くなくて素晴らしい春の日和で、とても良い散歩ができた。

くすの木は熊本の県木で何処にでもあるのだが、この大きな木が私は大好き。春の新緑の色も良いし、大きな木なので木陰を作ってくれる。その下で遠足したりピクニックするのは熊本の春の楽しみの一つでもある。
