I bought this special pasta from Sicilia at the Italian food fair.  I made tomato sauce with bacon with it, not knowing which sauce best goes well, but it was absolutely delicious.

「ブシアティ」鶴屋のイタリア展で買ったシシリア。変な形のパスタだけどソースが絡んで美味しくなりそうだったので買ってみた。大正解でモチモチとしたパスタでとても美味しかった。手作りのトマトソースにベーコンで旨味を出したものをかけてみた。ソースとベストマッチだったが、他のソースも試してみたい。
