Sardines have a certain fishy smell so it's good to cook with ginger in general but we have this method to cook with ume plum which also kills the fishy smell and also brings up a wonderful favour.
「イワシの梅煮」圧力釜で煮た梅煮。味付けは酒、みりん、薄口、梅二つ。私が自分で漬けた梅が塩辛いので料理にはちょうど良い。酸味もバッチリでてとても美味しくできた。
