Foie Gras dinner

 

Foie gras is absolutely delicious in Frace because they're fresh even if it's in a jar.  Foie gras with a salad makes a perfect dinner to me.

「フォアグラ」フランスに来たら一回は頂きたいのがフォアグラ。日本のレストランでは冷凍のフォアグラをソテーしたものを出すところが多いが、フランスでは瓶詰め、缶詰、テリーヌなどの状態のものが一般的。家庭では瓶詰めを頂く。肉屋さんなどに売っている。これがとても美味しい。
