I was introduced to a wonderful French restaurant in Kumamoto. Their cuisine was very elegant, classical and very precise in the way of seasoning and cuisson.
「ラ・パッション」このレストランの常連様に紹介されて。シェフはフランスパリのタイユヴォンで修行されたそうだ。料理はとても上品、クラシカル、的確で美味しかった。火入れと味付けが素晴らしい。モダンなタイプの料理ではないが確実に美味しい。
