Tarte fine aux pommes
This is thin sliced apple tart. It's better to use "feuilleté" the puff pastry for this rather than pate brise.
「りんごの薄いパイ焼き」これはりんごを薄くスライスしてパイも薄く焼き上げるフランスの伝統的な焼き菓子。パイを薄く仕上げて軽くパリッと仕上げるのが特徴。
