Champignons au pata brick
This is my creation of using pata brick which is called filo sheet in English. Inside is saute of mushrooms with some shallots.
「キノコのフィロー包み焼き」これはフィロー生地が余っていた時に作ったもの。中身はキノコとエシャロットのソテー。フィロー生地は春巻きの皮のもっと薄いもののようなもの。揚げずにそのままオーブンで焼く。
