This is one of the typical Chinese style of stew. I think it's better to have them in winter; in the season of Daikon radish. Pork has certain smell so I usually cook it with star anises and Chinese wine.
「豚と大根のスープ」これは中華圏にはよくある家庭料理。本来は大根の美味しい冬に作るものだろう。豚肉は多少の臭みがあるので、八角と紹興酒を多めに使う。
