Napolitan is Japanese style of pasta dish which is mix of vegetables with spaghetti seasoned with ketchup. I had leftover of this pasta so cooked with parmesan cheese in frying pan. If you don't move the pasta and keep pressing into the pan and cook both side, it becomes solid.
「ナポリタンピザ」これはナポリタンの残りで作ったスパゲッティの押し焼き。パルメザンチーズをふりかけて両面をじっくりとフライパンで焼く。外側をパリパリに仕上げて切り分けて頂いた。
