「茄子と揚げのみそ汁」

Tonkatsu is simple deep fried dish but it's so good.  Yet you need to use good quality pork.  This is Yamagata pork from Japan.  Teishoku means set of lunch or dinner that main dish comes with a bowl of soup, rice and one or two small dishes.

「とんかつ定食」少し高めの豚肉をとんかつにしたので、ご飯と汁物を合わせて作った。普通のことのようで、我が家ではみそ汁＋ご飯のセットがあまり登場しないので、意外と新鮮。
