Sweet and sour pork

This is one of the most popular Chinese cuisine dish.  I follow exactly the recipe of famous Chinese restaurant in Japan.

「酢豚」いつもは自己流で作っているので、今回はお店と同じような味にしようと思い、きっちり有名店のレシピに沿って作ってみた。しかしやっぱり自分には甘すぎたので、調節することになった。
