Chocolate glazed marble cake

Since the last time I made my favorit Marble cake with glaze I couldn't make it without it this time.  I was not very successful with the shape of the marble this time but I don't want to mix too much the vanilla and chocolate.

「マーブルケーキ」前回チョコレートグレーズをかけて作ったら、このケーキはグレーズ無しでは物足りなくなってしまった。チョコレートは面倒なので、ボウルの中でよくテンパリングする。温度を計り、滑らかにつやが出る様にヘラで回す。
