Shabu shabu salad

If I was in Japan, this is one of my favorite dish in the summer.  Because we don't have good thinly sliced pork in Singapore, I dont' make shabu shabu so much.  This time I've found the slices of Iberico pork.  The sauce is made with sesame paste, rice vinegar, sugar, light soya sauce and seseame oil.

「しゃぶしゃぶサラダ」日本にいたらよく作る夏の料理の定番だが、シンガポールではあまり美味しい豚の薄切りが無いので、しゃぶしゃぶ系の料理を作らなくなった。シンガポールの豚で美味しいものはオーストラリア産だが、しゃぶしゃぶには匂いがあってあまり向かない。今回はイベリコ豚を見つけた。タレは練りゴマ、米酢、砂糖、醤油、ごま油を合わせたもの。
