I've made two types of gratins; summer vegetable chevel gratin and the potatoe with Japanese pumpkin. I didn't make each for the purpose for this lunch but all together with flank steak was a great match.
「ステーキとグラタンのランチ」グラタンは2種。じゃがいもとかぼちゃのグラタンは牛乳をたっぷり入れて作った。ステーキとの相性はそれぞれとてもよかった。
