Fried fish wrap

I didn't know what kind of fish is this for a while but I've realized that this is small spanish mackerel. I prefer Aji which looks similar to this fish but this is tasty as well.

「子サラワのフライ」この魚は鯵に似ているが異なるもので、身が柔らかいのであまり買うことがないのだが、よく見るとサワラの小さいものだと気がついた。身は鯵よりさっぱりとしている。フライにしたものをウラップサンドに。
