Petit salé aux lentilles

Petit salé means salted pork cooked with lentils.  I marinated pork belly in brown sugar and salt for one day since the meat was not thick.  These lentils are from an Indian shop.  I don't exactly know the name but it's small and thinner so it's very fast to cook.

「プティサレ」このレンズ豆はインドの物。普通のレンズ豆より小さくて薄いので、とても早く煮える。塩豚はしばらく前に料理しておいたもの。その煮汁で豆を炊いて、豚肉は食べる前にフライパンで外を焼いた。
