Egg rice

Fried rice with vegetables.  I love having fried rice with sambal sauce.  XO sauce also goes extremely well with fried rice.

「玉子炒飯」シンガポールで炒飯を作るとサンバルソースを合わせたくなる。とても良いアクセントになる。香港のXO醬も炒飯にとてもよく合うのでおすすめ。
