I didn't note the name of the tea shop but their pineapple bun was the best one I've had. It was crispy outside and very soft inside. It was slightly warm so the slice of butter melted the best way.
「パイナップルバン」セントラルで入った茶餐廳のパイナップルバンが過去最高に美味しかった。ビスケットがサクサクで程よく甘く、中はフワッと柔らかく暖かいので塩バターがジュワッと染みて素晴らしい。紅茶も懐かしい香港スタイル。
