National Museum of Western Art in Ueno, Tokyo is designed by Le Corbusier. I went inside to see the building itself but I also saw the special exhibition and the usual exhibition. Though there were many people for the special exhibition of "The Habsburg Dynasty", their permanent collections was worth to see.
「国立西洋美術館」ル・コルビュジエの建築で世界遺産になっている美術館。ハプスブルグ展と常設展を見に行った。企画展はとても人が多くてよく観ることが出来なかったが、常設展はゆっくり観ることが出来た。
ル・コルビュジエの建物は中も独特で素敵な空間だ。松方コレクションは膨大で素晴らしく、ロダンの彫刻が多くある。印象派の絵もそれなりにあり、日本にこれだけ有名な西洋画があることに驚いた。
