Sukiyaki



Sukiyaki is one of the most luxurious home dishes as a Japanese dish.  It's the best to make it with Japanese beef but I made this with Australian wagu beef this time.  You can put any vegetables you like but I love shungiku the most.

「すき焼き」オージーの和牛で作ってみた。日本の牛肉で作る方が肉質に粘りがある感じがして美味しいが、外国産の和牛も悪くないと思った。春菊を見ると作りたくなる料理だ。
