Maruma Udon

This udon is very special because the noodle is very thick.  To be honest it was not my preference but it seems this type of udon is popular for some.

「まるまうどん」ふく泉本店の近くにあるうどん屋。店主は「てる山」から出た方であるらしい。かなり麺が太いということで、覚悟してはいたが、私は少し苦手なタイプだった。出汁はとても美味しかった。このタイプのうどんは好きな人は好きな様で、お店はいつも一杯だそう。
