Lung King Heen

It used to be very difficult to reserve this restaurant but I could easily do it only a week before my visit.  Because of the situation of Hong Kong these days, hotels are very much empty.  I really loved the food of this place, all the dishes were extremely delicate and well.  Though one of the dishes I ordered was not exactly I expected.

「龍景軒」近日の香港の情勢でホテルはほとんど客が居ない状態が続いているそうだ。ここも以前はとても予約の難しいレストランだったが１週間前でとれた。当日も空いているテーブルもあった。

料理はとても繊細でとても美味しかった。蟹の料理は私の予想したのと全く違った料理だったが、ロースト料理も酢豚の酢の塩梅がとてもよく美味しかった。
