This soba dish is my favorite summer dish. Soba in cold soup. It's super simple plate but absolutely soothing in humid rainy season of Kumamoto.
「冷や蕎麦」中の森のお蕎麦は私はこれが一番好き。夏にしか出ないのでこの時期おすすめ。シンプルに冷たいお出汁に浸っている蕎麦なのだが、鰹のさっぱりとした出汁が、蒸し暑いこの時期に本当に美味しい。
